St. Charles, IL small bathroom remodel completed in 2022. These homeowners had a classic Chicago-Yellow bathroom complete with a yellow tub and floor. They had done some updates – such as replacing the toilet, but they were ready to remodel the whole thing.
Before Bathroom Remodel Pictures
The main issue the homeowners had with the bathroom is how small it was. We ended up bumping out the wall to the bathroom and moving the position of the door to make the room bigger. The additional space allowed for a double vanity to be installed. This floor was so old, the laminate shredded into pieces when we went to remove it. In addition, we replaced all the insulation in the room to help it maintain temperature better.
In Progress Bathroom Remodel
The finished bathroom features a fantastic waterfall tile inlay that extends along the floor. The clear shower door makes the room feel even bigger. The custom bench and shower niche makes this bathroom very accessibility friendly. They went with a quartz top for the new double vanity, with unmount sinks.
