Elmhurst, IL three season sunroom completed in 2022. These homeowners had a back patio area they wanted to add a sunroom addition. We removed the existing patio and dug a hole for the concrete foundation.
Many of our sunrooms sit on a concrete foundation. We dig a trench that is up to 48 inches deep, and build a wood form to pour into. After the concrete cures, the room addition can go up quickly.
The finished sunroom is custom made to order by Craft-Bilt Manufacturing Co. This sunroom is a three season room with a low profile studio style roof. A three season room will maintain a comfortable tempter throughout the majority of the year without the need to heat or cool it.
