Elmhurst, IL three season sunroom completed in 2022. These homeowners had a back patio area they wanted to add a sunroom addition. We removed the existing patio and dug a hole for the concrete foundation.
Many of our sunrooms sit on a concrete foundation. We dig a trench that is up to 48 inches deep, and build a wood form to pour into. After the concrete cures, the room addition can go up quickly.
The finished sunroom is custom made to order by Craft-Bilt Manufacturing Co. This sunroom is a three season room with a low profile studio style roof. A three season room will maintain a comfortable tempter throughout the majority of the year without the need to heat or cool it.
Envy Home Services is a veteran owned sunroom contractor. Aside from this Elmhurst, IL three season sunroom, we have completed similar project in the surrounding suburbs. See our work in Downers Grove, Elk Grove Village, Hinsdale, and Naperville, IL. For even more pictures of sunrooms, see our Gallery.
