Orland Park, IL patio enclosure completed in 2023. These homeowners had a back patio area that was begging to have a sunroom added in. They hired Envy Home Services to demo the area, install a new foundation and build a custom patio enclosure.
After the demo, the first thing all our sunrooms need is some kind of foundation. In this case we used a concrete slab along with wood framing to raise the sunroom so it is level with the home. This sunroom was added on an area of the home that did not have an existing exist. We removed the bay window, and cut into the brick work to install a new sliding door. Now the sunroom is level with the home and has an easy access.
The finished sunroom turned out great! These homeowners love their new enclosed patio. They went with a three season room, which will maintain a comfortable temperature throughout the majority of the year. This is a studio style roof, which is a lower profile and matches well with the silhouette of the home.
