Oak Lawn, IL three season patio enclosure completed in 2022. These homeowners had a concrete patio they frequently used for family gatherings and to entertain. They wanted to enclose the patio so the space could be used for more of the year. We had to remove some of the concrete to pour a new trench foundation. After the foundation was squared away, the walls and roof can go up quickly.
The finished patio enclosure is a three season room with a low profile studio style roof. A three season sunroom will maintain temperature throughout the majority of the year. This sunroom turned out great and still allows access to the basement. These homeowners were thrilled with their new sunroom addition!
