Matteson, IL raised three season sunroom, completed in 2019. These homeowners started with an elevated deck off their split ranch style home. While the deck was in good shape, they wanted to replace it with a three season sunroom to better utilize the space in colder months. You’ll see in the photos we removed the old deck and built a new wooden frame.
The final sunroom features a studio style roof. This sunroom is fitted with 3″ thick insulation and aluminum framing, meaning it remains comfortable for the majority of the year. Check out these after pictures!
