Manhattan, IL four season sunroom, completed in 2022. These homeowners had an outdoor patio area with an existing pergola. They hired us to remove the patio and pergola, pour fresh concrete foundation and construct a gable roof all season sunroom.
The foundation for this room had to be raised to 14 inches so that it lined up with the patio door. Once the concrete cured, the homeowners organized the installation of a hot tub. Then we build the sunroom around the hot tub for a perfect fit.
The finished sunroom features a gable roof and 4 inches of insulation to maintain a comfortable temperature. These homeowners went with a pine accent wall for the transition from the home into the sunroom. The final sunroom is stunning!
