Elk Grove village studio room completed 2021. These homeowners had an under utilized patio they wanted to add a sunroom onto. This particular sunroom is attached to the house from two walls, with a door on both sides. We covered the exposed brick with dry wall and framed the doors for a finished look.
The finished sunroom is a studio style roof, with sliding doors and safety lock windows. This sunroom features 4″ thick insulation to keep it at a comfortable temperature year round. Each of the windows come with custom screens. You’ll see that this sunroom has it’s own separate HVAC system as well.
