Crete, IL three season sunroom, completed 2020. These homeowners had an old screen room that needed replacing. We tore down the old screen room and poured new concrete foundation. The foundation is now higher so it is flush with the house.

The new sunroom is a studio style roof, with three inch thick insulation. The framing is made of aluminum, with a finished pine accent wall. Each of the windows is custom build for this sunroom, along with the sliding glass doors.
