Hoffman Estates, IL raised sunroom addition completed in 2022.These homeowners had a raised deck they wanted to transform into a sunroom. We removed the old deck and built out the framing to support the sunroom. For raised sunrooms, we must dig the support posts deeper than is required for only a deck. Once we have the foundation build, the sunroom can go up quickly.
The finished sunroom is a three season room, which means it is made of cast aluminum. This room will maintain a comfortable temperature for the majority of the year. They opted to have us install finished patio area under the deck which can also be used for entertaining. Overall, the finish sunroom is stunning!
