Clarendon Hills, IL gutted bathroom remodel, completed 2021. These homeowners moved into a new house where the basement bathroom plumbing had been roughed in, but nothing else. While it isn’t ideal to not have a bathroom, a bathroom that is demoed makes it easy to determine what kind of layout is possible.
The final bathroom turned out amazing! These homeowners went with a 4 piece acrylic system for their walk in shower. Acrylic is easy to maintain, scratch and mildew resistant. The custom shower door gives this bathroom a contemporary look, while the long floor tiles draw the eye along the bathroom. We finished this bathroom off with a modern vanity and standard chair height toilet.
